ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification

The ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers.  Students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).  Training starts at 9am and will last eight hours, to include the test.  Laptops are required.  Training materials and books are available for in-class use.
