Now Hiring Member Coordinator

Frontier Kitchen is looking for an energetic team-oriented individual to fill an additional full-time member coordinator position.  Frontier Kitchen is a food business incubator, assisting new and aspiring entrepreneurs in creating and growing their companies.  Our company culture of teamwork, professionalism, honesty and accountability are enforced at all times.  This position is a sales and customer service position and will interact directly with customers and potential customers. 

Job Duties:

·         Sales

·         Answering phone calls and emails

·         Greeting guests and members

·         Conducting facility tours

·         Data entry, report generation and Invoicing

·         Social media posting and prep

·         Website Updates

·         Member management, including care checks and rule enforcement

·         Business and operations training

·         Taking deliveries of food and equipment

Requirements:

·         Previous work experience in customer service position is required

·         Must be savvy in social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/Twitter)

·         Must be comfortable on computers (troubleshooting skills desired)

·         Self-motivated, have good communication skills, be a problem solver, and a team player

·         Attentive, transparent, friendly, and detail oriented; must be comfortable with professional confrontation and polite and friendly correcting of behaviors

·         Must be able to lift at least 30lbs

·         Must have own transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Northern Virginia area

Pay commensurate with experience with scheduled raises based on performance.  Health care benefits available.  We are looking to fill this position immediately.
